Investigation Summary
At approximately 3 pm.m on November 4, 2001, Employee #1, a 5-year employee of TRM Manufacturing received a non-serious injury to the right side of his abdomen when he became pinned between the side frame of an improperly guarded sheeting machine and its rotating turret. He was quickly released by his supervisor. Employee #1 had been working to unjam the sheeting from a roll of the machine when the rotating turret carried him to the side frame, pinching him.
