Investigation Summary
At approximately 7:43 a.m. on July 26, 2001, Employee #1 was cleaning a Garnett machine. The power was off and the machine was not running. His finger and hand got stuck in the lapper and metal roll. He pulled his hand away and suffered a contusion to his left arm and hand and was hospitalized.
