Employee fractured hip in fall

At approximately 3:00 p.m. on February 6, 2002, Employee #1 was working as a librarian assistant in the library at Queen of the Valley Hospital. On the day of the accident occurred, next to the bookshelf, there were a 48-inch-wide table with a roller chair and another desk next to a bookshelf on the other side with a roller chair in the working area. An aisle 12 in. wide was between two roller chairs' wheels. Two roller chairs were placed back to back. Employee #1 was caught by one of the roller chair's wheel and landed on the floor. She fractured her hip. She was hospitalized and treated at Queen of Valley Hospital for seven days.
