Employee killed by out-of-control tractor trailer

At approximately 8:30 a.m. on July 19, 1994, Employee #1 was operating a compactor to compact dirt off a roadway. An oncoming tractor trailer lost control and jacknifed; its right front section struck Employee #1. He sustained multiple injuries from which he died.
