Investigation Summary
A company that was putting on a stage show for a client in Folsom, California, was setting up the stage using a fork truck to move a set of portable stairs into place. As Employee #1 pulled the stairs off the end of the forks, the forks swung around, pinching the middle finger of his right hand. Employee #1 was taken to Folsom Hospital for an x-ray. His hand was not broken, so he was sent back to work and finished the job.
