EMPLOYEE'S FOOT WAS CAUGHT IN UNGUARDED AREA

Employee #1, a machine operator for WeyerHaeuser, stepped on to a conveyor to remove excess material from a pallet. Apparently, employee #1's foot tripped an electric eye, which activated the conveyor. His foot was caught in an unguarded area between the pulley belt and the non-powered roller.
