Employee trapped in collapsing front end loader

At approximately 10:45 a.m. on August 14, 1995, Employee #1, of The Tin Yard, was moving scrap metal with a front end loader when the frame broke, causing the loader to fold up like a knife. He was pinned in the operator's seat. Coworkers used a large jack to hold up the tractor to stop it from further collapsing.
