Employee's leg crushed by aerator

At 3:22 p.m. on May 3, 1997, Employee #1, an irrigation technician for a golf course, was transporting a Toro Green Aerator down the sloped 18th fairway. He was walking in front of the aerator when he shifted it into high gear. The aerator picked up speed, and Employee #1 lost control of it. He directed the aerator toward an uphill bank on the left, and it overturned, crushing his right leg.
