Employee's finger caught in pulper airlock

Just before his break, Employee #1 went to check that the pulper was operating properly. He removed the plate from the side of the airlock housing and reached in to see if the material was dripping through. Apparently, he reached in too far. His fingers were caught by the airlock. Employee #1 stated that he had deactivated the airlock prior to reaching in.
