THE EMPLOYEE COMPLAINED OF CHEST PAINS AND WAS TAKEN TO A HOSPITAL, WHERE HE WAS KEPT FOR OBSERVATION. AFTER HIS HOSPITALIZATION, HE WAS TREATED AS AN OUTPATIENT.
