Employee dies after falling in front of planter wheels

At about 3:30 p.m. on April 30, 1994, Employee #1 fell from a corn planter being pulled by a tractor. There are no witnesses to the fall. The employee fell in front of a wheel of the planter and his chest was run over. Help was slow in getting to the victim and he bled to death internally.
