EMPLOYEE PINNED AGAINST GUARDRAIL BY TRUCK

A groundskeeper for an electric utility was guiding a truck-mounted herbicide-spraying unit through a sloped, tight area. The truck's wheels slipped on a patch of decorative drainage rocks and pinned the employee against a guardrail. His legs were scraped and bruised. He was taken to a nearby hospital where he was treated and released the same day.
