Employee's ankle injured when struck by breast saw cylinder

Employee #1 and a coworker were assigned to remove a Linter gin breast saw cylinder for sharpening. This procedure required one worker on each side to roll the saw cylinder out of the slot and to hook it to a hoist. When Employee # 1 rolled out his side prematurely, it became unbalanced and fell on his ankle.
