Employee's unprotected hand cut by meat slicer

On November 10, 1994, Employee #1, of Marsha's Lunchbox, was using a meat slicing machine to cut salami. She was using her left hand to catch the slices below the machine when her hand came in contact with the rotating blade. Her hand was cut, although not seriously, and she went to the Peninsula Clinic for treatment. Employee #1 was not wearing a protective glove.
