Employee crushed between vehicles is killed
At 11:09 on December 13, 2016, an employee removed the dump truck from the back of the roll off tow truck. The dump truck rolled forward and pinned the employee against the back end of the bed of the tow truck. The employee was killed from blunt force trauma .
