Employee fractures foot in fall from ladder
Employee #1 was stocking boxes along a 10 foot high wall. As he was descending an 8 foot stepladder, he lost his footing, causing the ladder to kick out. Employee #1 fell to the floor and sustained a fractured foot. He was hospitalized.
