At approximately 10:15 a.m. on June 25, 2008, Employee #1 was driving a field tractor when it rolled down an embankment. He sustained two broken legs, from being thrown from the tractor. There were no actual eyewitnesses, as he was the only one working, at this time, in a remote section of a extensive farm area. Employee #1 was hospitalized for his injuries.
