Employee injured after being run over by trailer

At approximately 10:15 a.m. on November 14, 2003, Employee #1 was going about his assigned task. He was supposed to walk along the side of a flatbed trailer, picking up wooden stakes, and placing it in the flatbed. For reasons, which have not been clarified, Employee #1 positioned himself between the front end of the trailer and the tractor. The tractor operator was not aware of his position, and ran over him. Employee #1 yelled, and the driver stopped instantly, with the tire on his chest. Upon seeing the tire on Employee #1's chest, the driver pulled the trailer forward immediately. Employee #1 was hospitalized and treated for his injuries.
