Employee's leg lacerated with skil saw

At approximately 2:30 p.m. on March 22, 2004, an employee was operating a skil saw to cut a board to make a fence line. While he held the saw overhead, it kicked backwards. The employee temporarily lost control, and brought the saw down onto his leg. He sustained a 10-in. laceration along his right leg. He was hospitalized and treated for laceration.
