Employee dies from congenital heart defect

An employee was cutting lettuce when he suddenly stood upright, swayed, vomited and then collapsed. Other field hands ran to help but were not able to revive him. Emergency medical services were called and he was pronounced dead at the scene. He may have had a congenital heart defect.
