Employee suffers from heat exhaustion and dehydration

At approximately 5:30 p.m. on June 22, 1995, Employee #1, a gradesetter at a construction job site, was exposed to hot weather conditions and suffered heat exhaustion. After completing work, he became extremely weak and light headed. When he got home, he had to be taken to Oak Valley Hospital, Oakdale, CA, for medical treatment. Employee #1 did not drink the water that was provided for him at the job site.
