Employee Amputates Finger Tip on Table Saw

On December 23, 2004, Employee #1 was plunge cutting two pieces of baseboard material. He misjudged the blade position and struck the blade with his middle finger on his left hand. The tip of his finger was amputated at the base of the finger nail.
