Employee injured after tripping over pile of debris

At approximately 11:00 a.m. on May 7, 2003, Employee #1 was taping the ceiling of a ground floor kitchen and living room area in a new home under construction. He was walking backward and tripped over a pile of debris that had collected on the floor. He lost his balance and fell. He was hospitalized with his injuries.
