Employee Is Injured in Fall from Scaffold

At 1:00 p.m. On February 24, 2004, Employee #1 was inspecting a construction of a water tank interior, which was being renovated. He was accessing a scaffold and fell from the first level platform, at a height of 53 in., Employee #1 fractured his collarbone, four left ribs and a punctured his lung. The employee #1 was hospitalized.
