At approximately 10:30 a.m. on September 15, 2003, an employee was painting a steel grape gondola using a ladder to work from when he slipped and fell approximately four feet, landing on the soil, twisting and fracturing his left knee. The employee was hospitalized and treated for a fractured knee.
