Investigation Summary
. At approximately 9:30 p.m. on July 30, 2003, Employee # 1, a Deli clerk from the Nob Hill Foods Store in Napa, California, was walking behind the Deli counter when she slipped, possibly on a small piece of onion skin, and fell, landing on her right side. Employee #1 fractured her femur severely, requiring surgery to pin the bone together. Employee #1 was hospitalized.
