At approximately 1:25 p.m. on January 12, 1996, Employees #1 and #2, of Pamfilis Painting Company, were painting a building when the powered suspension scaffold they were using fell 40 ft to the street. They suffered lower back injuries and were taken to San Francisco General Hospital. Employees #1 and #2 were wearing harnesses attached to safety lines.
