Investigation Summary
Employees #1 through #4, and two coworkers were using Parks Liquid Strip to remove old sealer and wax from a school's gymnasium floor. Fumes from the stripper somehow ignited and Employees #1, #2, and #3 died as a result of the flash fire. The two coworkers were uninjured, but Employee #4 suffered burns on his legs. They said that they had not received training regarding safe handling of this flammable stripper.
