Employee's right arm amputated in conveyor nip point

Employee #1 laid his tools on a slow moving conveyor belt while he was performing minor adjustments to a boxer. The tools fell onto the lower portion of the conveyor and Employee #1 reached down to retrieve them. His fingers became caught in the nip point between the conveyor and the belt. His right arm was amputated up to the elbow.
