Employee suffers concussion when struck by paper roll

Employee #1, a foreman, was climbing an extension ladder to reach a garage roof when a roll of felt paper slid on ice and packed snow, fell off the main roof, and struck him in the face. The force knocked him off the ladder, and he landed on the edge of the tailgate of a truck parked in the driveway. Employee #1 was hospitalized with a concussion.
