Employee is killed when struck by flying object

At approximately 11:00 a.m. on November 4, 2016, Employee #1 was inside one compartment of a Beall cargo Tank, unit number 300. He was pressure testing a void with the use of compressed air. Due to over pressurization a baffle bulkhead burst and struck him and Employee #1 died.
