Investigation Summary
At 1:30 p.m. on October 12, 2015, an was employee operating a tractor to clear trees and tree limbs from a path/road. The employee was pushing limbs with the tractor, when another tree limb fell and struck the employee in the head. The employee was killed from blunt force trauma to the head.
