Employees is killed when an aerial lift tips over

At 1:33 p.m. on September 17, 2016 an employee was operating an aerial lift prepping a surface to be painted. The employee drove the aerial lift off an uneven surface causing it to tip over. The employee was ejected from aerial lift. The employee suffered head trauma and later died from his injuries.
