Employee dies of apparent heart attack while walking along r

At approximately 1:00 p.m. on September 5, 2016, an employee was walking along a row of grapes that he had finished picking and was counting the number of trays he had placed on the ground to record them for payment. As he was walking along the row he collapsed. The employee died of an apparent heart attack.
