Investigation Summary
Employee #1 and coworkers were at a construction site where coworkers had removed a cinder block structural support wall, creating a 19 ft long opening. The wall had also supported the brick on the outside of the house. Employee #1 was working under the unsupported brick, cleaning concrete from the foundation block when approximately 180 bricks fell on his head and neck. Employee #1 was killed.
