Employee killed when struck by stunt boat on movie set

On December 18, 1995, Employee #1 was working as a stunt person on a movie production set. She was part of a stunt that involved a 21 ft boat coming out of the water, up a fabricated steel pipe ramp, and onto the set. As the boat cleared the top of the ramp, it was positioned sideways instead of straight and struck Employee #1 in the head. She was killed.
