Employee killed in truck accident

Employee #1 was killed a single car accident when his truck struck a tree. Subsequent investigation found that the cause of death was "blunt force injuries to the head and chest due to a motor vehicle accident." Toxicology and accident investigators could not find any evidence of physical or psychological problems.
