Investigation Summary
At approximately 8:30 a.m. on December 21, 1995, Employee #1 was cutting down a sycamore tree that measured approximately 16 inches at the base and stood approximately 40 to 50 feet tall. The tree was on a hillside and was adjacent to a small water pond. Employee #1 apparently was struck on the head by the tree. He died when he was removed from life support on December 22, 1995.
