Employee dies from head injuries in fall
Employee #1 was using a 4-foot hand dolly to rearrange barrels of rock on a truck trailer bed when he fell or was caught in the dolly and fell 4 feet to the ground. Employee #1 sustained injuries on the left side of his head. He died the following day.
