Employee Suddenly Drops Dead at Work

At approximately 2:30 p.m. on June 12, 2007, Employee #1, working in a grocery store, made an announcement on the PA system and dropped to the floor. He immediately received first aid and CPR by a coworker. He was sent to the hospital and was declared dead.
