AN ELECTRICIAN WAS CONNECTING A FLUORESCENT LIGHTING FIXTURE TO A 277-VOLT CIRCUIT. (THE CIRCUIT COULD HAVE BEEN DEENERGIZED, BUT IT WAS NOT.) HE CONTACTED AN ENERGIZED PART AND WAS ELECTROCUTED.
