AN EMPLOYEE WAS CARRYING ALUMINUM FLASHING UP AN ALUMINUM LADDER. IT WAS VERY WINDY, AND THE FLASHING CONTACTED AN OVERHEAD POWER LINE. THE EMPLOYEE WAS ELECTROCUTED.
