Employee crushed and killed when thrown from tractor

Employee #1, a shop coordinator and bookkeeper, and a coworker went to a private farm to take a disabled tractor to the shop. The coworker went out of the drive onto the highway and Employee #1 followed in the tractor. She had proceeded a short distance when the tractor, which was too close to the embankment, started to tip over. Employee #1 was thrown from the tractor and crushed as it tipped onto her. The tractor righted itself and rolled to the fence line. Employee #1 was pronounced dead at the site.
