ELECTRIC SHOCK - CONTACT WITH OVERHEAD LINE THRU RAIN SPOUT

A construction laborer started to fall off a roof. He was apparently holding a piece of rain gutter at the time. The metal gutter contacted an overhead power line, and the employee was electrocuted.
