ELECTRIC SHOCK - DIRECT CONTACT WITH ENERGIZED CONDUCTOR

The sole proprietor of a specialty contracting company was replacing the electrical ballast of a lighting fixture in the produce section of a supermarket. He contacted an energized conductor and was electrocuted.
