Employee killed, coworkers hurt when struck by falling wall

On the morning of May 10, 1994, Employees #1 through #6 were working on various sections of rebar structure walls that were approximately 21 ft high, 32 ft wide, and 62 ft long. The employees were tying and plumbing vertical walls when the rebar walls collapsed, striking them and pinning them against the floor. Employees #1 through #6 were transported to Yuma Regional Medical Center for treatment. Employee #1 was killed.
