Employee drowns while trying to recover boat

Employee #1 arrived at buoy #163 to repair a generator on a 65 to 70 foot house boat. The small boat that he arrived in became unsecured and drifted away from the house boat. Employee #1 attempted to recover the boat, but drowned in the attempt.
