TWO PAINTERS WERE REMOVING A 40-FOOT ALUMINUM EXTENSION LADDER FROM A BUILDING. THE LADDER CONTACTED A 7200-VOLT OVERHEAD POWER LINE, AND THE EMPLOYEES WERE ELECTROCUTED.
