Employee killed when struck by falling bundles of veneer
At 2:45 p.m. on February 27, 1996, Employee #1 was walking past a stack of five veneer bundles when the stack fall over. Two 1,000 lb bundles struck Employee #1, killing him. The bundles had not been properly stacked because the bottom bundle was not level.
