Employee killed in fall from ladder

Employee #1 was installing garage doors at a residence. The homeowner spoke with him before leaving the house at approximately 11:20 a.m. Upon her return to the house at 1:10 p.m., she found him on floor of the garage and called 911. He had fallen from a ladder and was killed.
